Help Tom Walk Again

Donation protected
On Thursday, May 6th, Tom Martin’s world was turned upside down. He suffered a significant stroke which has affected the mobility in his left arm and leg as well as his speech. This past week he has been placed in a brain injury unit where he will begin intensive rehabilitation to regain movement, speech and strength throughout his body.

Words used to describe Tom since his stroke... determined, strong, tough as nails. He continues to say the words: “I will walk again”. Unsure of how long this journey is going to be, his loved ones want him to have the best possible care so that he can once again live the life he deserves.

Any donation towards his rehabilitation would be greatly appreciated as it will help take the financial burden off of Tom’s mind. He will then be able to concentrate on getting back to being - Tom Martin – the dedicated farrier for his entire life. Tom took his love and passion for horses and made it his career as well as his hobby. He is known for sharing funny campfire stories with his horse community family at both Brookfield and Otter Creek. If Tom isn’t around horses, you can find him enjoying nature hunting in the woods or at the gun club with his hunting family.

Many thanks from Tom and his family.
