Flying into 40

I've wanted to go skydiving since October 18th, 1995, the day they aired the second episode of MTV "Road Rules." I couldn't believe anyone could step to the edge of a plane and trust themselves enough to actually jump! So, I guess I've known since I was 12 years old that one day I would do it!

There is a school in Atlanta that will certify me in Just 5 days! The first 17 dives someone jumps with me to make sure I learn how to steady myself and properly deploy my chute. Then, on the 18th Jump I get to stand on the edge of the plane and jump out ALL BY MY SELF!!!

Currently unemployed by the strikes, I have the all the time but none of the money. I actually cannot do this without you.

So, I'm casting my net far and wide.

I will be a birthday I will never forget and I promise to scream THANK YOU at 14,000 feet when I jump out of an airplane with just a tent strapped to my back.

If I reach my goal by my birthday I can start my classes on September 13th <3
