The Idaho Aviation Association appreciates all the efforts people make to help create wonderful flying destinations for us. For the last 20 years the caretaker at Garden Valley Airstrip Annie W. has been a fixture for local and traveling pilots. With her Dachshunds in tow she always had a clean campground, manicured landing strip, stocked supplies and hot showers available for us all to enjoy. Recently tragedy struck Annie and Randy and they lost there house due to a fire. Everything was lost. When you loose everything in an instant its mind numbing. We are here to show Annie we appreciate the years of friendly hellos and goodbyes to many a pilot. So for all of us local and out of state who had the chance to visit Garden Valley, Help us Help them to manage the challenges ahead and give them support. The Idaho family of aviation can help make a hardship a lasting memory of support and love. Annie is unaware of this and we hope to present her good news on Fathers Day at the annual Jerry Terlisner Fly-In at Garden Valley
