Hello, my name is Nuria and I live in Sumatra. For days it has been raining non-stop. The heavy rainfall has caused severe flooding across the region, especially in the city of Medan.

My sister-in-law, Dinda, is among those affected:

Her house has been completely flooded and all of her belongings have been destroyed. She managed to escape to a higher part of the city in time – but now she has nothing left.

Dinda urgently needs financial support to find a temporary place to stay for the next few weeks and later repair her home so she can live in it again. She also needs to replace essential items: a bed, a small kitchen setup, clothing, basic household items, and food.

Every donation – no matter how small – will help her tremendously.

Thank you so much to everyone who can contribute or share this campaign. It truly means a lot to us.
