Floyd Hallcy Jr. was a great man, father figure and husband. He loved the many people that he encountered, whether only once or were longtime friends. His upbeat personality and ability to talk to anyone made people gravitate towards him.
Unfortunately, Floyd's health rapidly declined over a short period of time. Over the last year he experienced far more complications than before and ultimately came to a conclusion as he passed Feb 15th, 2020.
