Floyd Chism is our father. He suddenly passed away on August 22, 2020 due to pancreatitis that wasn’t treated properly by his doctors & hospital which caused an infection  that spread throughout his body which turned into pancreatic cancer. We know he was loved by so many & we have been receiving lots of questions about donations to help with our mother, as far as medical bills & funeral cost/arrangements. Therefore, I was asked to start a funding page to ease some stress for our family & help out his wife with these cost & services.
