Flower is my inspiration every day. We are so lucky to have been the ones to find her and her siblings years ago in that box on the road. Recently, Flower got sick and we had to take her to an animal hospital for care. After her visit, Flower got worse. She quit eating & drinking and couldn't stop throwing up. We were so scared that we would lose our special, little girl. So, we took her back to the hospital. After more tests and medications we brought her home. She is still trying to improve and God willing, the medications will help.

We have 13 animals we currently care for and have rescued. Vet care is extremely expensive and is paid out of our own pocket. We are not a rescue organization. We are just normal people who can't stand to see any animal suffer. We have rescued many animals over the years and we have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars without blinking an eye. But this time it has hit us hard because like everything else the vet bill was expensive!

Flower's bill was around $1100.00. This comes after we just had Chloe to a vet for being sick and now we have to take Opossum, Rocky, and Ratatouille. Rocky's skin is horrible because of exema and I think he has an ear infection. Opossum is peeing everywhere. So, I'm not sure what's going on with him, possibly a UTI. Ratatouille is not eating or every time he tries, he throws up. He is withering away. All of these are conncerning!

We are hoping to raise enough just to cover Flower's bill. That will help us out a lot and will ease the burden a little when we take the other 3 to the vet. Thank you for caring so much about Flower.
