Help Us Make Holistic Naturopathic Mental Health Care Accessible in Accra, Ghana
Help us make additional mental health services accessible, relatable, and affordable to people in Accra, Ghana by supporting the Making Space Foundation & Studio — home of the Flower Therapy Wellness Space.
About Me
I am Maggie Sade, a London native, holistic mental health practitioner, and the founder of FlowerTalk Official. I am a practitioner deeply passionate about the therapeutic benefits of creativity and nature. My work is rooted in the belief that art, flowers, and natural elements can open pathways to healing that words alone cannot always reach.
Since 2021, I’ve been creating safe, non-judgemental spaces in Ghana for people to explore their emotions, find community, and heal in ways that honour both cultural traditions and personal expression.
How Far We’ve Come
With your support, we have come such a long way. Since beginning this journey, I have had the privilege of working with many amazing and resilient human beings who have needed an alternative space to be seen and listened to softly, compassionately. A place where play, art, and nature can coexist — and where healing can complement and assist traditional modes of treatment and therapy.
Now, as we approach the end of 2025, I would love to reach our financial goal on this GoFundMe so we can continue to grow and sustain this much-needed work.
Our Vision
With your support, our new wellness space will expand into a vibrant community hub offering:
65+ Late Bloomers Gardening Club – reconnecting Ghanaian women with joy and community.
Aroma-Male Therapy Group – supporting men’s mental health.
A Place to Hold Feelings – grief support groups for collective healing.
Love Across Worlds – couples workshops exploring love, culture, and healing.
Plus, a collaborative studio for art, creativity, and wellness workshops.
We are seeking £7,000 to cover more years on our rental agreement, renovations, and most importantly, free sessions for those financially struggling.
Ways Your Donation Helps
* £50 – Provides one free counselling session for someone in need.
* £75 – Provides two free counselling sessions.
* £100 – Covers materials for the 65+ Late Bloomers Gardening Club.
