At around 4:30AM on Monday November 23rd, Flow Yoga was burglarized. Luckily, a security guard doing their rounds was able to prevent more from being stolen. 

However, the equipment that Flow Yoga depends on to live stream yoga classes to allow anyone to practice yoga safely during the pandemic as well as retail provided by our local instructors and students were taken. They were also in the middle of an expansion of their Cedar Park location and items stored here in preparation for the grand re-opening were taken. 

Flow Yoga depends on this equipment to keep their business afloat during this already difficult time. Please consider donating a bit so that they can get back up and running as quickly as possible, cover the costs of the repairs to the building, and also support the teachers whose classes had to be cancelled due to this disruption.
