Thank you to everyone who graciously donated and participated in Flow 4 The Frontline...
Our goal was to raise $5,000 and thanks to each of you, we were able to donate $8,100 to NYC Health Hospitals. We are so humbled - this wouldn't have been possible without our donors!
And of course, another sincere thank you to all of our fearless frontline health care workers - please accept this as a token of our gratitude.
Wishing all of you an abundance of health and happiness.
Peace, love, namaste
The Yoga Sanctuary and “we” as a collective want to show our love and appreciation to all of the incredible, brave, and courageous NYC nurses, doctors, EMT’s, and healthcare professionals who have been working tirelessly on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. So many areas have been affected by this virus, but we know that right now NYC is in dire need of our assistance.
Please join us on Saturday, April 18th at 4 PM ET for a donation-based ‘Flow 4 The Frontline’ vinyasa class, hosted via Zoom. We will guide everyone through a heart-centered flow, evoking a sense of calm and peace to everyone in New York, throughout the United States, and the world.
All proceeds go directly to NYC Health + Hospitals which provide frontline workers with much-needed medicals masks, scrubs, meals, laundry services and much more.
There is no suggested donation amount, but please know that anything is greatly appreciated.
