Hi, I'm Maine Singer-Songwriter Don Campbell.

A few years ago, my mom and several dear friends were diagnosed with cancer. Like so many Maine families, we suddenly found ourselves facing a disease that touches nearly everyone in some way. I decided to use my music to do something to help.

That's how the Flotilla to Fight Cancer Benefit Concert was born.

What started as one afternoon of music on Casco Bay has grown into one of Maine's most unique fundraising events. Together, over the years, the Flotilla To Fight Cancer has raised just under $400,000 to help fight cancer right here in Maine.

Every dollar donated goes directly to the Maine Cancer Foundation, whose mission is to reduce the impact of cancer across our state through prevention, early detection, patient support, and research.

This year's 6th Annual Flotilla to Fight Cancer takes place on Saturday, August 15 at 1:00 PM on the Falmouth side of Cow Island in beautiful Casco Bay.
