Silly aside, this has been a journey spanning a lifetime and one in which I’m finally taking steps to feel like the person I truly am.

It wouldn’t be a Flo moment without this all being incredibly last minute and suddenly very urgent but surgery is Tuesday 1st July with the payment due on 17th June.

So, friends, family, loved ones, colleagues, strangers and people with deep pockets, I am calling on you to put in as little or as big as you can to get this chest chestified!

I don’t need to tell you twice that times are tough right now so I understand that pleading with you to part with your dollar dollar bills is a huge ask. I cannot stress enough there is no donation too big or small (apart from the $5 minimum on GoFundMe lol) but if that's not possible please just share and hound all your circles to donate.

$10,000 will cover the cost of surgery, this doesn’t include the cost of consultations, scans, WPATH, insurance etc. On top of this I will need to take at least 6-8 weeks off work post-surgery, so surpassing the target will help me to cover the costs during my recovery (rent, bills, parking fines, holiday to Europe, new wardrobe etc.)
