Flooding Steve Carlson With Love
In this situation we need to make a stretch goal... I was going to stop at $5,000... but along with good news...
...comes along with BAD news!
The insurance is only giving him $7500. Total. That is not even enough to fully get installed a new furnace... Water Heater and AC Unit... How is he going to clean the basement? Trash removal? Mold killing? Construction? Repainting? Carpeting... He can not live there without hot water, heat and AC... Hotels are not free! THE LIST GOES ON AND ON! I know the VC can take care of the records... we got his Discogs!
I have raised the goal to $7,500... We need to keep going! His expenses are NOT being covered properly by insurance and we need to get him back to where he can live at home again ASAP! If you already helped... you can help more by spreading the word to everyone you think is in a position to help! Let's do all we can to match what insurance is giving him!

You see that waterline? Imagine that going into your basement! Steve Carlson's man-cave was down there! 6 feet of water took out his Vinyl, CD, and book collections... along with other things!
Insurance is going to take a while... and we all know that insurance does not cover everything! This disaster must be met with friends that are in a position to help out! We are all in this together! The country is in tough times now with the pandemic... not everyone can help... That is totally understandable!
