What started as a rainstorm, ended with devastation. Matt Lind and his family’s home was massively flooded when the dams failed in central Michigan.
The house and garage were flooded. All carpet torn up, all food thrown away. Even Koltyn’s baby book was saturated and thrown into a dumpster they had to rent to throw out their destroyed belongings. Furniture had to be burned, and walls still need to be sanitized.
This page is set up to help with small and big costs. A dumpster alone is $600, not to mention groceries, structural repairs, and even new mattresses so life can one day get back to normal.
