The Jalalabad Association of America, Inc. is coordinating funds to help victims in Sylhet, Bangladesh after the historic flooding of the Surma River.  The community leaders of the Jalalabad Association are all Sylheti and therefore feel obligated to help Sylhetis back home. The funds will be distributed to elected persons (such as elected city mayors, chairmen, and members) in Sylhet.
