April and Mark Ball are owners of a home affected by the flooding in Sand Springs. They have lost pretty much everything inside of their home. We are looking for Help to rebuild their house. Due to not being included in the flood map they do not have flood insurance, they are on their own and have to start over. We appreciate any help that can be done.
