Flood Relief for Evan and Claire

For those who don't know- I met my wife as a drywall contractor rebuilding this house in 2010. One day Claire asked me to stay for dinner. 3 months later I moved in, and on May 27 we celebrate our 10th anniversary. 

The water levels in our home we're knee high, we've lost the entire, freshly remodeled, lower floor of our home. The walls, our bed, and all of our furniture. Most of our clothes will be salvaged, but we lost more than we can save. Our backyard is destroyed, the fence gone, and my shed had 2 feet of water, with all my tools, a freezer, and all my camping gear inside, along with my forge. 

Our insurance company is, naturally, trying to pay us next to nothing. We're gonna fight... But we need help or we won't recover. 

The amount on the goal above is a bit arbitrary, as we haven't seen the estimates from contractors, but it's what we expect to pay for new floors, fence, docontamination, and interior work.
