FLOOD FUND for Debbie and Charles

My sister, Debbie and husband Charles lost their home and dental lab business, in a flood in Fayetteville, caused by Hurricane Matthew on Saturday, Oct. 8th. They escaped the devastating flood water by minutes; leaving with only the clothes they wore, and their two dogs and cat. Currently they are staying in a motel in Fay. with the pets. NOTHING from the home or business was salvageable. The Flood Insurance only covers the loss of the exterior and interior walls of the house.
