I’m currently facing a legal case connected to Flock camera allegations, and I’m raising money to help cover the cost of legal representation.
I’m keeping the specific facts of the case private while it is ongoing, and this fundraiser is not an admission of wrongdoing.
What I can say is that this situation has put me directly in the middle of a much bigger issue that a lot of people care about: how far automated license-plate surveillance should go, how much information should be collected about ordinary people, and how much oversight these systems should have.
A lot of people have serious concerns about Flock cameras and the growing network of automated surveillance on public roads. Whether you see this as a privacy issue, a civil-liberties issue, or simply believe everyone deserves a fair legal defense, I’m asking for help covering attorney fees and court-related expenses so I can properly defend myself.
Any contribution will go toward legitimate legal costs associated with the case. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser with people who care about privacy and due process would also help.
Thank you for reading and for supporting the right to a fair defense.
