Sadly, Harison’s dad, my husband Paul Fliegenspan lost his valiant battle with pancreatic cancer on July 18, 2018.
Upon diagnosis we did everything humanly possible to seek out the best treatments going for 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinions at all medical institutions our fine country has to offer.
Harison was just 7 years old.
With the grace of God and medical miracles Paul survived for over 2 years and had a wonderful quality of life and was able to have that much more time with us and coach baseball for Harison, take him to school, have breakfast every morning together and have “nightly news” where he and Harison shared the events of their day with each other.
Our health insurance did not cover many of the Dr’s, procedures etc. that we pursued to get Paul the best possible treatment. Unfortunately our medical bills are exorbitant, and I am now a single mom raising a 10 year old son. People have been so kind and asking how and where they can make donations.
We are blessed to live in such a wonderful community and appreciate your love and support.
