Hi, my name is Riley and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My boyfriend Daniel and I recently lost our only car due to a sudden and devastating flash flood. It all happened so quickly — one minute everything was fine, and the next, the streets were underwater and our vehicle was completely totaled.

We are incredibly grateful to be safe, but now we’re left without transportation. Our car was more than just a way to get around — it was how we got to work, appointments, and supported our daily life. With no vehicle and limited resources, it’s been a huge struggle to keep up with everything, and we’re now asking for help from our community.
