Jennifer and Charles had a devastating flash flood hit their neighborhood. They had 3-5 feet of water throughout the house. The water contained sewage, so very little can be salvaged. Because they are not in a flood zone and were told that flood insurance was not needed, their insurance will not cover any of the expenses.
