Due to COVID-19, the FFFC is in need of funding to meet the significant increase in demand for hunger relief. Join us and FFFC to reach our collaborative goal of raising $5,000 to support the most vulnerable living in our community.

A MESSAGE FROM DARK SKY AERIAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR / ELISA VENEZIA

Reaching the heart of our humanity - by exploring our shared experiences and awakening our sense of connection - is at the core of Dark Sky Aerial's mission.

Although we are not in a position to create live work due to the COVID-19 crisis, our mission still stands firm. We have a deep love for our community, especially in the era of social distancing. We recognize the fact we are going through a challenging time together. The experience for each is unique - but we will get through it, together.

In the time of physical distancing, connection and communication can (and will) continue to thrive with a new sense of appreciation. We may not be in control of a virus, among many other obstacles in life, but we are in control of who we want to be and how we show up. Presence is a power we all possess. We would like to remind everyone that, while we cannot be physically near, remember to smile and make eye contact in a metaphorical sense. We feel it is important to recognize each way we can be helpful and have compassion for those who are suffering. Dark Sky Aerial would like to help its community and share its presence. Behind the scenes, we have considered our resources and explored creative concepts to aid in the crisis. TILT / The Virtual Experience is our humble effort to create a platform to give (if inspired to do so) and support the most vulnerable members of our community. We appreciate each and every one of you.

T I L T / THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE

TILT // The Virtual Experience will begin April 13, 2020, and end on Friday, April 17, 2020. Dark Sky Aerial will release one scene per day of “TILT: Truth is a Vantage Point” (performed live in 2018) in chronological order. You can access the video experience by visiting our YouTube page. Dark Sky Aerial is donating 100 percent of the proceeds to FFFC, helping to distribute emergency food boxes, provide hot meals, and serve families in our communities.

There has been a significant increase in the demand for their services since the COVID-19 crisis. Help us reach our goal of raising $5,000 for FFFC to aid in the crisis. $15.00 per scene is the suggested donation, though we understand the financial climate and the fact it may not be possible to donate. Any amount is appreciated and financial contribution is not required. We hope that you will join us in supporting our community.
