Flags 4 Vets made by a Vet - Kris Morgan Veteran

We are raising money for Kris Morgan and Flags for Vets by a Vet.  Kris is a disabled United States Air Force Veteran.  In 2001 Kris received a Medical Honorable Discharge from the service after getting a head injury in the Middle East.  As a result of his injuries, he suffered migraines, seizures, heart issues, anxiety and depression. Woodworking became his therapy and he began making wooden American flags.  His therapy became his passion and Kris now offers these flags for sale and dedicates each one to an American Veteran.  Kris's original goal was to have the flags delivered to Vets in all 50 states, which he completed in November 2019. Kris has now made over 500 flags with over 300 of those having been donated to Veterans across the country. Unfortunately, Kris's living situation has gone from bad to worse and he is in danger most very day with drive-by shootings in his neighborhood becoming a regular occurrence. Kris has also run out of space in his garage and has overflowed into his home. Kris had to convert his garage into his workshop which has left his vehicle vulnerable having to be left parked outside. The goal here is two-fold for Kris. We want to raise enough money to work with local contractors to build a home and workshop for Kris to continue the amazing work with Flags for Vets made by a Vet where he can continue his work in a safe environment. We are also hopeful that with enough money raised Kris's new home can become a sanctuary for other Vets who may need a place to gather and just be around other Vets. Kris is hopeful that his new home and workshop will allow him to bring in many other Vets and teach them how to make his flags so that this can turn into many Vets making flags for other Vets. Kris is wanting to build Flags for Vets made by a Vet into a full Non-profit organization that is able to help Veterans all around the United States and with your help and donation we will make these dreams come true!
