Help Overcome Health and Financial Struggles

I've recently been left on my own with severe health issues, including blood cancer. I'm struggling to find work and keep up with bills I've been left to deal with on my own. Work is difficult for me, and what little I have acquired just isn't enough to get bills paid and try to stay ahead, so I am reaching out, which is also difficult. I need $1470 to get current and I believe be ok. Anything helps and is appreciated.
