My beautiful sister, Lacey, mother of 3 boys- Gradie, Jaxson, and Liam, was diagnosed February 2021 with stage 2 breast cancer. It's been a difficult road since. In March 2021 she started her 1st rounds of chemotherapy. Unfortunately that treatment was ineffective and the cancer remains. In June 2021 she had a double mastectomy and her ovaries removed. Due to her cancer being very aggressive she began radiation in August and will start chemotherapy treatments daily for 2 years. Although she continues to work from home there will be harder days ahead and we would love for her to focus on her family and enjoy life not having to worry financially when bad days take over.
