Hi, my name is Rachelle and I am creating this Go Fund Me for my sweet Boba. She is a beautiful pug with a personality thats incomparable. I rescued Boba from the shelter 2 years ago and since then she had all sorts of medical issues (ear infection, eye infection, UTI, gum infection) that needed attention and over time we got all those issues resolved and fixed.

However, in the last couple of weeks, we received some devastating news. She has been diagnosed with a tumor in her uterus horns, internal bleeding, and an infection in her cervix walls. The doctor insists she needs blood transfusion and emergency surgery to remove the tumor and treat the infections .

My Boba is a fighter and she still has so much life in her. Im asking for help to cover the cost of her medical bills. Any amount is greatly appreciated.

Boba has been a blessing to our family. She became my dads favorite and I watched the bond they created. When my dad passed away unexpectedly last June, Boba became my support… she became my strength. When I look at Boba, I see my dad and I knew I was ok.

UPDATE 1/06/2021:

Boba was able to get her blood transfusion last night (1/05/2021 6pm). She had minor side effects, rapid breathing, mild fever). She stayed in the hospital overnight.

Her surgery was scheduled for today at 9am. 

She was discharged from the hospital at 10:30am and I rushed to pick her up & took her to her primary vet. 

She was weak and disoriented but the technician said it was normal for older dogs to be feeling that way after blood transfusion. 

Her doctor did a physical test on her and everything was normal and that she was fit to undergo surgery.

At 2pm, I received the call she is in surgery.
