Hi everyone, my name is Karyn Nash and I’m trying to raise some emergency funds for my cousin Scott O’Keefe. Scott, a well known figure around Newfoundland for his beautiful singing and songwriting, is a single father raising his serious disabled child and he has come under some tough times this past year. Scott had to leave a high paying job in Labrador two years ago to come home and take care of his autistic son. He recently found out that he has a medical condition and cannot work at this time. Scott has used up all of his savings and needs to evacuate his rental home tomorrow, 25 Aug 2025 by 4 pm He has to pay back rent to his present landlord and he needs money to help set him and his son up into another home. (HE NEEDS $1,800.00 no later than 4pm tomorrow) We really need to try and help Scott and his son. Scott gives soooo much to our community through his songwriting and music, and takes care of his disabled son so well. He really could use a break and would never ask for help.
