Our Nephew/Grandson Wesley was diagnosed with leukemia B cell ALL two days ago and is currently receiving treatment at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. Wesley is two and half years old. He is a smart, loving, funny, smiley and an energetic little boy. 

Wesley is one tough little guy! He has been a champ through the entire process this far. He has been winning over the hearts of the doctors and nurses, as he does with anyone who knows him. 

Wesley and his parents are going through an extremely difficult time right now receiving Wesley’s heart wrenching diagnosis, surgery and treatment. They could be in Iowa City for as long as a month while Wesley receives his initial treatment. Wesley will need treatment for the next two and half years. They will need to travel back and forth from Iowa City for these treatments.
