Vernal Theater: LIVE

The building we are in is a beautiful, historic building that was constructed in 1947 as a movie theater. We plan to restore it and keep its original charm while making it a fully functional, year-round performing arts theater. We will be making updates to the sound and lighting equipment, floor, and walls. We want our company to hit the ground running, and to do that we need to make sure that the tools we use are the very best. That means buying the latest technologies in LED lights and sound boards.  We will also make renovations to the additional space above the theater, making it the perfect place to store costumes and props and have performing arts classes for members of the community. 

I am living my dream. I thought making this project a reality would be something much further down the road in my life. Thankfully, because of the support of family and friends, and the drive that I feel to do it now, my dream of bringing arts and culture to my little community is coming true. I feel the importance of giving my community the opportunity to participate in events that wouldn't happen if not for the foundation we are creating. I am confident that this business will not only succeed, it will thrive. I know that with the right tools, we will touch the lives of an entire community.

Over the last couple of months, this dream has finally started to become a reality.  This is the time. It is scary, but I’ve been amazed at the support of my family and my community in helping to move this forward. This has become more than just a project to me. I am actually beginning to see my dreams come true.
