Help Us Honor the Life of Javier Guizar Sr.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved father, father in-law and grandfather, Javier Guizar Sr., who passed away at the age of 72.

Javier was a loving father, father in-law, grandfather, and friend who meant the world to his family. He proudly leaves behind his son Javier Jr., his daughter-in-law Yvonne, and his cherished grandchildren Audrey and Ethan, who brought him so much joy and pride.

Anyone who knew Javier Sr knew how much he loved cheering on his favorite teams — the Dodgers and the Lakers. Whether he was watching a game, talking sports, or spending time with family, those moments were what truly made him happy.

Recently, Javier was diagnosed with colon cancer and had undergone colostomy surgery as part of his journey to regain strength and begin fighting his diagnosis. He had been recovering at a rehabilitation center over the past few days. Sadly and unexpectedly, he passed away, possibly due to a heart attack.

Our family is devastated by this sudden loss. During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for support to help cover memorial expenses so we can give Javier the respectful farewell he deserves.
