Help our friend get back on her feet

Hello all, my friend, Wendy, and I would like to ask for your help in raising money for our dear friend. She’s been hit with a shockingly long string of acute and stubborn illnesses on top of her continued journey to heal from an already challenging chronic illness. These issues have led to mounting financial distress as the medical bills continue to flood in at an even faster pace. Our friend has also been faced with painful outside stressors as well, as her relationship of seven years has just ended which has left her without a home, let alone the tough transition from a stable, loving relationship at this time in particular. As these challenges continue to pile on, she is having a hard time being able to afford housing and now, more than ever, she needs a place to rest and heal.

We came to meet our friend through our shared healing journeys as both Wendy and I are struggling with Long COVID and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) ourselves. Through our journey together, we have come to know her as an extremely compassionate, funny, bright, and generous person. We know that she has so much to give back to the world and hope that with your help, we can help her get back on her feet.

All contributions will go to helping our friend find housing, afford rent and pay off some mounting medical bills. All of which she cannot do right now without some help.
