Please help my brother..

My name is Edna Ricafrente. I am from General Tinio Nueva Ecija in Nueva Ecija province. I earned a degree in physiotherapy in 2003 from theUniversity of Baguio and worked at home for three years when I went to Saudi Arabia to work as a physiotherapist. After three years, I came to British Columbia, where I have been working as a caregiver for the last 10 years. In 2015 I got hired on at the hospital here in Nanaimo as a renal technician, although I continue my job as a caregiver as well as a home support job with the local health authority. These jobs enable me to send $1300/month to support my family. I am writing this letter to seek financial assistance for my brother, Albert, who has been diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease. He is currently unable to continue his work as a truck driver and requires heart surgery in order to survive. He has four children and his wife’s housekeeping job is not enough to provide for their family and his medications as well. I am helping as best as I can to cover his medications and the family expenses but the surgery is the real worry because it’s so expensive. We are approaching different charities now but know the process will take a long time, possibly too late for Albert. My sister had the same condition as Albert and died at the age of 33 because  the funding didn’t come through in time. I’m afraid the same thing might happen to my brother. I want him to have a second chance to be a good father to his children and a good husband to his wife. He needs two valves replaced on the left side of his heart.  Please I am appealing to your generous heart to help my brother and his family.
