Support Alyssa and Dawson’s Legal Battle

Hello all,

It is very rare that I like to ask for help and truthfully, I don’t like to at all, but I am in a place where I need to.

Most of you know that I came from a really bad situation with my ex husband which was a domestic violence situation where I had to leave him when I was 17 weeks pregnant. My ex husband threatened me with knives and hit my stomach when I had just miscarried the twin to Dawson. It was a extremely traumatic time of my life. I had to pack a uhaul and move back to Las Vegas from California.

From there on, I had to build my life from nothing to support my two children. It has been a long bumpy road.

The divorce was really ugly and a lot of back-and-forth, and it was completely dragged out when I didn’t want much from him if anything at all. Fast forward to today after years of neglect and him not trying to meet his child him and his wife threatened me after court and they were ordered to pay half and childcare expenses. They decided to open up a case here in Arkansas for custody. I truly believe a lot of these actions are from his wife currently.

I am a huge believer and father’s rights, and l tried for years to get him to be apart of Dawsons life but he has just found ways to lie and manipulate and put blame on me. He refused to be there for the birth of his son which left me sick while in labor. He neglected him at all times.

This man has caused me years of psychological abuse, and this is just another form of his control. I need help in this fight. Everyone who knows me and my full story knows how much I have given to my son and want what’s best.

I am asking for help with some lawyer expenses because as a single parent of two boys, I am already struggling to make ends meet right now. I am stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Anything will help. 100% of any funds raised will go towards my lawyer retainer fee. I have 30 days to respond and have a lawyer by then.
