IHSS RUINS A YOUTHS LIFE

My name is Kira Halkyard, I'm a 19 year old hard working member of my community. Last year I did what every young adult has done, and bought my self a car, since then I've been making $600 dollar car payments every month, I also do my part in th
e community by working full time for in home support services. in home support services(IHSS) hasn't sent me a paycheck since October of 2015, I am now 2 months late on my car payment, haven't been able to pay my insurance or get new tags for my car. I have 2 clients, I work everyday. I can't afford to even rent a place because everything in my small Northern California community is too expensive. I live out of my car and make due with it. But I'm currently going to lose my car if I do not come up with $1500 dollars. I'm still waiting on my checks to come in. I've talked to social services and they're in the process of sending me time cards, but my checks won't be here for another month or so. I need my car to get to work. Without my car I have literally nothing. If I lose my car I'll be in debt and ruin my credit till the day I die. So I'm asking for help. Please anything will help. I can't lose my life.
