Hi my name is Fred Yanos and this year January 2026 I was sent to the ICU for Heart Failure They had to do an angiogram and place a stent in me, the goal is to improve heart function and strength and avoid needing a transplant.

Iam the breadwinner to my small family of 4 and with my blind mother. Being in the ICU for a week I racked up some high bills and paying for expensive medication (Like Entresto). I have a long road of recovery with more check ups, lab work, bills, therapy and more treatment.

Not gonna lie bills are racking up and I havent been able to work for almost weeks now and I will be struggling financially. Im the typical LEO and asking for help is hard for me but at this point any help financially will be a big blessing heart ❤️
