Hey, Im trystan and ive been out as trans for 6 years. I havent been able to acsess any medical care due to the insane increase in nhs waiting times and my physical conditions have left me unable to work alot and sometimes not at all.With my family also being unsupportive It would mean the world to me if I could recieve support in trying to improve my quality of life and acsess this care.

I am planning to save up enough money myself to pay for a part of my top surgery and hormone therapy myself through selling things i have or make and working minimal hours. roughly 3,000£ pound added with the 5,500£ for the surgery and travel costs
