Fizzy Fund

Fizzy was taken to the ER yesterday after signs of significant distress. Upon arrival, his heart rate was more than twice the normal and his blood work and fluid draw was alarming. He was admitted to the ICU for overnight evaluation and is not out of the woods yet. If we do need to proceed with surgery, his vet bills could more than double. While DERS is prepared for some emergency medical bills, there does come a time when difficult financial decisions need to be made.
