Fixing Jenny‘s childhood home

Hi, I’m Dan, recently I have discovered a house uo the street that has been over run by grass, weeds, bushes, pigeons and possums. After mowing the lawn at this house I discovered an elderly lady that lives there, she has lived in the house her entire life, 70 years to be exact, she has cared for her parents until their last days over 11 years ago, single, never married and no kids Jenny’s beloved child hood home is falling apart around her. I would like to raise enough money to restore her old home before it collapses around her and she has nothing left, only a pensioner, Jenny would not be able to afford to renovate her much loved home.
