Ken Williams has served Mancini's Sleep World in: customer service issues, in-store operations, doing the things that needed to be done, a very humble man that has never spoken ill of anyone while maintain a positive, loving attitude. Let's face it, he is the glue that keeps us together on a daily basis.

At our Leadership Summit, last month, awards were given to employees of tenure. The last award recipient: Mr. Ken Williams with 47 years of service. As he received his Award, there was an emotional standing ovation. Our team was so happy for Ken; however, one couldn't help but notice his declining health.
