Update, 12 Oct: I stopped messing around with the crap “plumbers” and went with a known name brand company, Roti-Rooter. They can give me a warranty and I know they are actually certified. Here is the assessment.

Estimate -
Remove section fence, remove couple small trees, make ramps over retaining wall and bring excavator into back yard,
dig approximately 6ft deep, 5ft long, 3ft wide to expose pipe, jackhammer and dig approximately 1ft deep, 5ft long, 2ft wide in basement, pipe burst approximately 20ft long from basement to outside, replace drain lines from first floor bathroom sink and laundry to stack, lower horizontal stack for more efficient flow, replace kitchen drain line, install trap, connect to main stack, install new trap for upstairs bathroom vanity, backfill with gravel in basement and reconcrete floor, install new two way clean out outside and backfill to construction grade outside. If more work needs done, a new proposal will be given. Not responsible for
landscaping. Not responsible for retaining wall.
1. Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup will perform the work described above and supply all required materials for
the sum of $19,749.36.

Update, 11 Oct: After having a BAB lady come over and use an angle grinder to cut the snake. We were able to close pipe which is allowing us to take shower. I got Roto-Rooter in the backyard with a camera and a presser hose called “the reaper”. We found the cracked pipe AND the clog. He was able to get the pipe cleared. But that’s only a temporary fix. We still need to get the crack fixed. He is also the 3rd or more plumber to look at my plumbing in the house and telling me “you need all of this replace and installed correctly.” I was quoted just under 20k. Great could you make my life any harder. I’ll take the estimate to my attorney. It’s one step forward, 30 steps back. But I’m not giving up. Thank you to everyone who has donated and helped me. We’ll figure this out together.

Hey Guys,

I'll be honest, asking for help makes me feel shameful and as if I failed. But I don't have anywhere else to turn. If I can't get the plumbing in my house fixed, I'm going to have to send my father and daughter away to live in a house that's safe, sanitary, with running water and working toilets. That will cause more work for me as well because I will have to look into school enrollment and other things.

It will cost $6.800 to get to get to the broken line. The additional money will go to the actual repairs.

Bottom line, this house has struck again! And only a week after Willa got hit by a car, during the government shutdown. I'm struggling. Please, I need help.
