Fix my Windshield Wipers so I can see

Hey all, so here's the deal. I'm basically living paycheck-to-paycheck right now (who of us on here isn't??), and the connecting wires and tubes for my windshield wipers just broke. This is almost $700 to fix. I called around to a couple of places and they all confirmed that this price was more or less accurate.

My car is essential to get both myself and my boyfriend to our jobs. This is not the only fix it needs, but this is the most pressing one because I need to be able to SEE if it RAINS. I live about 40 minutes from work, and right now I essentially can't go in if it's raining. While I do have the option of teleworking a few days of the week, I'd rather not push my luck asking too often. So my options are either to fix these windshield wipers, or somehow get a loan to finance a new car.

$700 of the goal will go directly towards the price you see listed. $300 extra will go towards either any additional service fees they decide to slap me with, or maybe getting my air conditioning fixed. Because driving on the highway in 100+ degree weather with no AC is unpleasant.
