Help me fix my back...please?!

I'm Matt, 38 years old and suffering. 18 years ago, I was severely injured in a BMX accident. I broke my back. 3 places and 6 vertebrae. I worked hard to get my life back.
Fast forward to 2015 where I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and a slipped disc in the lumbar region of my spine. I was told it would need operating on, but instead received CT guided nerve root block injections that took the pain away (albeit for 5 weeks) but that was an 'improvement' and so my surgery was postponed.
Two days before lockdown my second set of injections were cancelled and I was again told that my operation was on hold. I was told that being stuck in bed and unable to walk "was just tough luck". I am classed as moderately disabled and spend more time off my feet than on them. I cannot play with my children, work has suffered, therefore so has my income, my mental health is suffering, I am running out of excercises I can do and have now tried every option available except surgery. Most practitioners refuse to treat me because of the severity of my injury.
I am now in the process of obtaining the operation through private healthcare providers but this is not cheap, hence my gofundme request. It's not something I want to do, but cannot go on 'living' like this.

So, after waiting for too long and now risking permanent disability due to nerve damage, I have now decided to look into any way of fixing myself to allow me to get my life back. I have had an appointment regarding stem cell therapy which will repair me as oppose to removing bits of me. This comes in a lot cheaper than the original operation, is a lot less invasive and has a roughly equal recovery time. Stem cell therapy uses cells harvested from my bone marrow and reinjected into three points in my spine to allow a natural regeneration of the discs and potentially the nerve damage too. I can have the procedure as fast as I can raise the funds and be recovered fully within 3-5 months, so I am selling my life and asking anyone that can help to help me hit my target. A massive thank you to everyone that has donated so far and tha k you to anyone that helps in the future. I appreciate every single one of you! A solution is in sight!
