Fix Joey yard feeding and shelter shed

Hi my name is Cheryle I am a wildlife carer on Kangaroo island . I had a Joey yard and shed built a few years ago so I can care properly for the joeys in my care . Unfortunately over time the feed , shelter shed floor has degraded and due to our land being on a slight slope when it rains it flows thru and has removed soil . It’s important to keep there feeding spaces clean and hygienic so also due to cleaning and sweeping their poos has also eroded the area . So now it has rocks sticking out of the ground and is significantly lower and when it rains it turns into a mud pit . What it needs is to be built back up and concreted as that will stop any further erosion and it also needs more tin and a gate so it can be completely enclosed for protection when needed . The concrete quote is $3600 and then for the tin and gate and to fill it in so it’s completely weather proof would add approx another $,2000 with labour. I believe this project is important to the care of the precious wildlife in my care ( I am a permitted carer for kangaroos and wallabies ) and will help me to do the best job possible in caring for them . I unfortunately don’t have the funds myself as building the enclosure and all the cost involved with that as well as all the cost required to actually care for these magnificent creatures has used what funds I did have and we don’t get any government funding .
