Dear friends and family,

Our mom (Jana Britton's) electric wheelchair finally broke down and needs to be repaired after many years of its service.

After years of having such a reliable electric wheelchair, it finally broke down last weekend.

Now it is VERY difficult and nearly impossible for our mom to get around to where she needs to go... inside our home as well as else where.

She is also very uncomfortable in her manual wheel chair. She is unable to sit upright and has to hunch over due to her core weakness, as well as due to her hips not being alined with her shoulders, which puts her off balance and causes her to experience much more pain than usual.

Lastly, as a caregiver, it is also very hard to lift mom in and out of her manual chair without the electric wheelchair's assistance to lift.

Since our Father (Mark Britton) is also suffering from his own disabilities, he is no longer able to work anymore. Because of this, we as a family have been trying to come up with the resources to fix the electric wheelchair and have been unsuccessful.

We are very sad that we are unable to pay for this VERY necessary and quality of life matter that is essential for our mother.

We luckly have a wheelchair store in Mesa that can fix our Mom's electric wheelchair's problems.

However, as a family, we are struggling to come up with $3-$4,000 to cover the costs of this very important expense for our mom.
