Save my house

We are too close to the water table, so the county requires us to replace our septic system with an Advanced Treatment System, which is going to cost $35, 000.00.

I have researched federal, state, and county programs and found that I am ineligible for any of them.  I have looked into loans, but my debt to income ratio is too high, and my only income is from social security and rent from my 2 boarders.  This covers the bills.  So my only recourse is to ask for financial help from all of you.
