Fix Coupe's Femur, bring him home to his brother!

Who this will help

Hi This is Sarah Coupe's mom. We rescued Coupe in Sept from a kill shelter in SC to complete our family, he is bonded to his big brother already. On Sunday 12/31/23 morning Coupe was running around like a normal 5 month old kitten and tried to jump from a shelve onto the washing machine landing inside and breaking his Femur.

Why I'm fundraising

We rushed him to the closest ER vet where they sedated him got an X-ray and set him home on meds with a referral to an Orthopedic specialist. Because of the New year holiday the earliest he could be seen was this morning 1/2/24. He has a complete break of his left femur and needs surgery with 2 nights at the hospital. We need to save his leg to give him the best life possible.

The impact of your support

Between both the first ER bill of $1100 and the Estimate of the Surgery being $7700 to $8700, we need help. I am lucky enough to be able to put this on Credit and worry about the money later but without support it will be hard to manage alone.
