Fix Carlee's Brain

My coworker Carlee is an awesome human but sadly her brain is broken. She was diagnosed with Periventricular Nodular Heterotopia in January 2018 and has been living with seizures ever since.
One month of her meds costs $550 and that's with a full time job and health insurance.
In addition, she now needs a procedure to determine if she's eligible for surgery. The procedure is called a Depth Electrode Procedure. The procedure requires a two week stay in the hospital and one week of recovery time. This means Carlee will not be able to work for three weeks.
Unfortunately, Carlee doesn't qualify for any disability insurance during this three week out of work so she will not be paid.
Carlee needs this money so that she can continue to buy her medicine, pay her rent, etc while she's in the hospital.
She is incredibly kind and strong and deals with having seizures at work, not being allowed to drive, and other difficulties with such grace and good humor. Please consider supporting her in this next phase of treatment!
