Join us on our journey of five ex-serviceman aiming to summit five of Scotland's most challenging hills! The challenge will be documented and episodes will be released in due course. The five man team have all served in combat operations around the world and having faced many demons upon leaving the services, we are here today to share our journey with you, to show you that you are not alone, you can get through your own demons too! FIVEMENIN - FIVEHILLS - ONECHALLENGE.. Men? challenge accepted.

More information about Who Dares Cares Charity: Although the majority of the people we help come from some form of military background, we are here to help anyone who suffer signs and symptoms of PTSD. This can be anything from trauma, to a bereavement. Our volunteers come from a range of backgrounds, with many having completed courses in counselling.We also recognise the importance of exercise as part of recovery and we work to encourage this and make this accessible for those who are struggling with PTSD/Anxiety related issues.
