On Sunday 21st September, 3 slightly unfit and 2 very fit riders – Heidi, Emma, Gerard, Enzo and Richard – will be lining up for the Goodwood 500 in support of the Matt Gallagher Foundation.

The Matt Gallagher Foundation was created after our incredible friend Matt was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. In true Matt style, he turned something devastating into something powerful – bringing people together, lifting spirits, and making life brighter for families living with MND.

Between us we’ve got dodgy hips, creaky knees, and over 250 combined years of life experience and our training plan has only just begun. So we’ll be pedalling, and bribing each other with wine, beer, and jelly babies to get across that finish line – all in Matt’s name. Every donation helps the foundation provide vital equipment, comfort, and special moments for families who need it most.
